The Company monitors and optimizes the electrical and mechanical systems of the building under Operation Management Segment

Custom-made operation management services are provided to the customers, enabling substantial cost improvements.

Energy Management and Maintenance

The other types of post construction services the Company has started to offer, is energy management solutions and energy maintenance services.

The Company provides energy optimization services and tailored made alternative solutions in order to help clients to reduce electricity consumption.

The management is mainly focused on long-term energy maintenance contracts of large scale projects.

The Company is capable to design and construct the building's electrical and mechanical systems according to criteria specified by smart building and green building certifications such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method).

Pupa has a strong track record in LEED certificated projects. Following completed projects of the Company have been awarded to LEED certifications in various categories;

Smart building is a specialized structure model, which uses automated processes to control the operations of the building and systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and security. With automated electrical and mechanical systems, smart building model provides an easier approach to monitor, analyse, and optimize the building's operations and systems, in addition to managing and saving energy.

The other specialized structure model is green building model that contributes to reduced; energy consumption, heat ingress into the building, water usage, and air pollution.

The methods and rating systems to evaluate the building's environmental performance have been specified by United States Green Building Council's LEED certification. The United Kingdom based Building Research Establishment awards similar certification named BREEAM.
